Description
Ceramic heating pads are mainly used for Weld Preheating and Post Weld Heat Treating. Ceramic heating pads are constructed of high grade Nickel-Chrome 80/20 19-stranded resistance wire which run through durable aluminum oxide ceramics beads. These resistance heating elements accurately raise the workpiece temperature to the proper temperature before, during, and after welding. These semi-flexible ceramic heating pads, with their interlocking beads and high temperature wire, allow for a fit conforming to the shape of the workpiece, and are capable of temperatures up to 1050°C. This of type ceramic heaters can be customized with voltages from 22V to 255V.

Structure Analysis
Pink woven main body: Woven by high temperature resistant ceramic blocks and nichrome heating wires, flexible and bendable to fit curved surfaces of pipelines and workpieces. The ceramic provides insulation and heat resistance, withstanding temperatures up to 1050 degree.
Silver metal frame: A stainless steel split type buckle shell that can be opened and closed. It quickly wraps around the outer wall of circular pipelines for easy assembly and disassembly, suitable for heat treatment of pipeline welding sites.
Pink lead out cable: High temperature resistant insulated power cord, used to connect temperature control equipment for power on heating and precise temperature regulation.
