Description
This is a surface-mounted thermocouple (or RTD) temperature sensor, mainly used for surface temperature measurement in industrial equipment.
Structure and Function
Probe section: The front end is a stainless steel cylindrical probe with a mounting tab (with holes), which can be tightly attached to the surface of metal equipment, pipes, or molds via screws to ensure accurate temperature measurement.
Connecting cable: It uses a metal braided shielded cable, which is characterized by high temperature resistance, anti-interference, and good flexibility, and can adapt to complex industrial environments.
Terminal block: There are red and blue terminal forks at the end, which are used to connect temperature control instruments, PLCs, or data acquisition equipment to transmit temperature signals.
