Thermocouple alloy and junction selection
Thermopile Gas: Match thermocouple type, polarity and extension cable to the controller input. Select protection-tube material and grounded or ungrounded junction for the atmosphere, electrical noise and response required.
Define insertion depth and the mechanical support at the process connection. A temperature stated in a product name needs confirmation for the complete probe assembly, cable transition and continuous duty.

Product Identification and Introduction
This is a thermopile, also commonly referred to as a bundled thermocouple, which serves as a core safety and control component in gas fireplaces, heaters, and similar appliances.
36" 750MV THERMOPILE: The heater thermopile replacement is made of high-quality aluminum, offering high thermoelectric conversion efficiency, stable performance, and extended service life. The thermopile wire assembly is wrapped with a fiber braid to ensure electrical stability over a wide temperature range. Thermopile replacement for water heater is designed to effectively block the intrusion of oil, moisture, and dust. You will receive a 5-pack of thermopiles for gas fireplaces.
COMPATIBLE MODELS: Fireplace thermopiles fit for Pitco Southbend and Anets gas fireplaces, water heaters, and gas fryer clusters. The thermopile is compatible with Q313A1188, 1950-001, 1950-53B, 8073485, and E31-12 pilots, and G01A-332 and G01A-512 millivolt generator thermopiles. Replace 60125501, 60J79, 60J7901, H5882, R942, and R1054. 2103-512, 1950-001, 071515, 53374, 7533113. Before ordering, please check whether the thermopile model matches your fireplace water heater and other equipment.
STABLE OUTPUT: Between 1500 mΩ~4500 mΩ, the output power is 750mv. The normal working temperature is 700-750℃, the voltage is lower than 750mv, it should be heated to at least 700C, so as to gradually increase to the working voltage. The thermopile lead assembly operates independently without the need for an external power source and can be used with the Q314, Q324, Q327, Q377, Q379, and Q382 pilots.Measure the output voltage in the ignition state, the stable value should be 750mV±25mV.
EASY INSTALLATION: 36" 750mv thermopile generator is available with either a screw-type or two-pole plug-in installation. Regular inspections of the water heater thermopile can extend its lifespan and ensure continued reliable operation of your gas appliance. First, shut off the power to the water heater to ensure safety. Second, remove the old thermocouple assembly and clean the surrounding dirt. Third, install the new thermocouple and secure it. Finally, perform an ignition test.

Thermopile for water heaters is widely used in commercial and residential applications, including water heaters, fireplaces, frying pans, and gas stoves. This fireplace thermopile was used to maintain the pilot flame in 1960s-era wall-mounted heaters and is not suitable for modern heaters.

Structure: Composed of multiple thermocouples connected in series, with a metal sensing probe at the front and double-fork terminals at the rear, encased in a high-temperature-resistant braided cable.
Materials: The sensing probe is made of high-temperature-resistant alloy, the connecting thread is brass, and the wires are high-temperature-resistant insulated wires.
Voltage: Typical output voltage ranges from 250–750 mV, significantly higher than that of ordinary thermocouples, enabling it to drive electromagnetic valves.
Core Functions
Safety Protection: Acting as a flame-sensing device, it continuously monitors the pilot flame. If the flame is accidentally extinguished, the thermopile temperature drops sharply, the output voltage disappears, and the gas valve automatically closes to prevent gas leakage.
Energy Supply: It generates electrical energy from the heat of the flame to power components such as gas valves and thermostats, allowing the appliance to operate independently during power outages.
